Pumping and blowing equipment

Blowers and exhausts are devices that provide forced (not depending on the difference in the density of heated gases in the system and outside air) movement of air and flue gases in technological systems of boiler plants, industrial furnaces and other fuel combustion systems in furnaces.

Blowers are one of the main process units in the operation of boiler plants. They include fans, smoke extractors (exhausts), working in conjunction with systems of air ducts, chimneys. With their use, a sufficient amount of air is supplied to the furnace and combustion products are effectively removed. In practice, it is often necessary when choosing equipment to take into account the fact that the power of smoke extractors and fans should be slightly higher than what is theoretically required for operation.
This is mainly due to insufficient quality mixing of air with natural gas in the burner, in which part of its volume will not be used in the combustion process, being removed from the furnace with the combustion products. But at the same time, the peculiarity of such devices is that with the proper setting of operating parameters it is possible to achieve the maximum level of efficiency, which is provided by the heating equipment.

Stifling machines allow you to provide fuel combustion, regardless of external conditions affecting the draft.

Stifling machines are operated at ambient air temperatures not lower than -30 °C and not higher than +40 °C. Maximum allowable temperature of transported medium at fan inlet is +200 °C. The fans are designed for continuous operation indoors and outdoors (outdoors under a canopy).

  • Suction pocket.
    The suction pocket is an auxiliary accessory that complements the drafting machines. It protects the air handling equipment against the ingress of foreign objects and large particles. Suction boxes are not included in the standard delivery of the blowers and need to be ordered additionally considering the type of the fan, dimensions of the connecting pieces of the volute and other particularities.

  • Smoke extractor.
    Smoke extractors are designed for creating forced draught and disposal of combustion products from boiler furnaces. They are used in hot water and steam oil-gas boilers, as well as in other technological installations where supply of fresh air and smoke disposal is required. They have found their application in ventilation systems of grain elevators, at productions.

Electric motors and generators

Electric motors current generators are widely used wherever there is a need for autonomous generation of electric current. Their main difference lies in the type of fuel consumed, as well as the strength, size and type of electric current obtained. The service life of such units is affected by the quality of the generator and engine, so only high-quality generators have a very long life.

Design features and parameters of electric motors of current generators These electric generators can be stationary and portable. For stationary generators, the capacity of which ranges from 5-2400 kW, liquid cooling is used. Portable generators with a power range of 0.5-30 kW are air-cooled.

According to the type of electric current electric generators are divided into alternating current and direct current generators. They are also classified into single-phase and three-phase, the output voltage of which ranges from 220v to 380v, providing the work of many electrical appliances.

Gasoline generator designs are used as the main or backup power supplier in case of its disconnection from the mains. They are equipped with a two- or four-stroke generator and a gasoline engine, which converts the mechanical energy into electrical energy.

Diesel-electric motors current generators are considered to be a reliable and economical source of electricity. Their design includes an electric generator and a diesel engine, the location of which is a mechanical axis of rotation.

The operation of these electric motors is affected by the existing load and power supply. In addition, such devices should not come into contact with moisture and dust. Only in this case, they will work reliably for the entire period of use.
